What We Do
The Strategies Center at Youth for Change™ is a nationally recognized group of professionals providing learning and development, coaching, skills implementation, applied research, evaluation, capacity building, and leadership and management development, among other services, primarily for the human and social service sectors.
Having worked in all 58 California counties and in multiple states across the nation, we have put theory into practice in diverse cultural and geographic settings. Every service element we provide is attuned to the cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic context in which our clients work.
In 2014 the FRIENDS National Center for Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention recognized the learning and development and capacity building work of the Strategies Center as a national exemplary practice.
Our services are customized to meet your needs. No two customers or projects are the same. While they may have similarities at the core, they are vastly different and Strategies Center staff treats them that way. From the first contact to the proposal to implementing the work, we use our findings and experience help craft a custom solution that aligns with your organization’s specific goals.
