Title: Senior Project Manager

Candace provides technical assistance and training to individuals, public and private nonprofit organizations, and partnerships that strengthen families and communities. She is a skilled facilitator, project manager, curriculum developer, and planner of specialty convenings and conferences.

Her expertise includes coaching and facilitation in various aspects of organizational development, including assessments, vision/mission/values statements, leadership development, building allies and champions, fund development planning, strategic and program planning, management and organizational infrastructure, and board development. She is trained to administer and debrief the iCAT (impact Capacity Assessment Tool).

She provides training in a variety of topics including the Strengthening Families™ Framework, protective and promotive factors, resilience, community organizing and development, cultural proficiency, grantwriting, postpartum depression, and emotional intelligence skills, among others.

Candace is a Certified EQ Assessor and is able to administer and debrief the SEI™ (Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence) and SEI 360 assessments, Brain Profiles, and Vital Signs tools (Leadership 360, Team, and Organizational Climate), providing follow-up coaching and technical assistance support.

Candace graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a BA in environmental geography and a minor in biology. She also has an AA from Fresno City College, and an associate’s degree in business (ASB) from Erie Business Center, Pennsylvania.
